We occupy a space with a lien on our home from a mortgage firm, Washington Mortgage, that is now closed. We refinanced with citi-mortgage who paid off Washington. Citi-mortgage says Washington must aloof occupy discharged the lien. We would favor help with getting the Washington mortgage lien discharged. Any advice is vastly preferred.
